Natal At The Tokyo Game Show
October 2nd, 2009
It looks like the Natal is not just a promotional stunt by Microsoft but a serious venture which they hope to launch next year in 2010. They have just brought it to the Tokyo Game Show. Kudo Tsunoda is the creative director of the Natal project and he was the man at the show giving a first class demo of what looks like will be the new revolution in gaming.
What is a little disappointing is they are still showing off the same game they have showed us since the Natal project first saw the light of day back in the beginning of the summer. This game is Ricochet. Yes the Natal looks great, but we I think we need to start seeing some more games.
That said I thourghly enjoyed playing Ricochet and found it quite a challenge. I think this was down to the fact that I had been standing in the same place as if I was glued to the spot. This is the thing with Natal, you really have to get into the mindset that you can move all over the place and need to if you want to succeed at what it throws at you and get the most out of it.
We are still awaiting an exact deadline for when the it will hit the streets.
